Very welcoming and friendly environment. It made my daughter feel much more comfortable although she was a bit nervous coming in. Seeing her name on the board was a nice touch. 💜 The staff and doctor were so helpful, friendly, and answered all our questions. Clean, neat, experienced- exactly everything you'd look for in an orthodontist practice!👍👍

It was our first time here and my son's name was written on the welcoming board. Definitely, never had this kind of a warm greeting. Clean facility, friendly staff and very knowledgeable doctor. Everything was so efficiently done and did not have to wait much. We hope for the best and excited to be in their care.

Wonderful staff and beautiful atmosphere! My daughter felt welcomed seeing her name on the welcome board when checking in. Everyone we came in contact with was so nice and helpful. The espresso machine was great too!

I’ve been going to Dr. Lili’s Anaheim office for three years. Dr. Hur and the hygienists have been super accommodating to any challenges that arose and the front office staff make every experience a wonderful one! The office is always clean and well maintained!

What a personable orthodontist office. They made our visit extremely special. First they had a board that welcomes the clients by name. They’re front office employees are so friendly and welcoming, and really go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Cozy Christmas movies we’re on the big screens while you wait. Such a clean and modern facility! With up-to-date technology along with accommodating children with autism. Grace was a kind and gentle doctor. I would absolutely recommend making this your family orthodontist office, I know I am!

I was referred here by my primary dentist for my ortho needs. They are amazing! Loved the staff (the treatment coordinator was just okay. But everyone else was great!). On track to get my braces on hopefully in July and I look forward to my next appointment. Thank you to everyone who assisted me! Definitely recommend 20/10!

The entrance is very clean and comfortable and the seats are really soft. Also the staff are friendly. I would definitely recommend it for anyone who is looking for a orthodontist. I had great experience.

While it seems upscale, modern and VERY busy. The wait was extremely short. They were not in too much of a rush to make sure that they were friendly, they had great customer service and made sure we understood what was needed/next steps.

I just made the switch to the L.A office. I had been taking my kids to the Lawndale location and have been very pleased with the ortho treatment they provided my kids. This location is also very nice & clean, with spacious waiting area, even a nice little section for the little ones to play while they wait. Waiting time for my son to be seen on a Saturday morning was less than 5 minutes. Staff are all very nice and professional. Even when I call to make the appointments, representatives are always very patient. The dental working area is very clean. They take medical and during your initial consultation will explain if they think you will be a candidate for medical to cover your ortho treatment. Overall they are very professional and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to get quality ortho treatment.

Highly recommend this place! Outstanding from top to bottom. The staff is friendly and very professional from the moment you walk in and throughout your appointment. Every person I met in the office was courteous friendly and professional. I took in my daughter and son and they for sure made us feel comfortable. Every staff was so thorough and informative, and lets you know every step of the way what’s going with your treatment. This is DEFINITELY a great place to go to. (And trust me when I say that the professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding). 👌🏽👍🏽

I was Reffered to them from my kiddos dentist and I’m so thankful they did. Super nice facility. Staff is nice and the dentist and assistant are absolutely awesome and good energy. The dentist herself is very kind and she explains everything in details. Katya is absolutely gorgeous and the most kindest soul.! Truly bless her . Front desk staff was very good as well. 😊

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.However, their availability for appointments is extremely limited due to the excessive amount of patients they see. This also has a negative impact on the parking available. Patients are forced to park in the neighborhood which has limited parking near the office. The nearby street parking is mainly occupied by their staff. Limiting the amount of patients accepted would really improve the experience.
