Invisible Treatment, Clear Results
Clear aligners from Invisalign® and Clear Choice Aligners use custom-made, computer-generated trays that move your teeth and align your bite.
A Discreet, Removable Choice
Clear aligners are removable, so you can eat and drink what you want while in treatment. This also makes brushing and flossing less of a hassle. The aligners are made from a unique thermoplastic material that won't cause discomfort during your treatment.
Clear Choice® Aligners
Dr. Lili & Associates is proud to offer our custom brand of clear aligners.
Clear Choice Aligners give you a stunning smile almost half the time of traditional braces using a series of clear, custom-fit aligners. They're made from multiple materials that help adapt treatment to your lifestyle.
Clear Choice Aligners apply gentle pressure on your teeth to shift them into straighter positions. We'll take digital scans with our iTero digital scanner to create aligners personalized to you.
After you get your aligners, you'll wear them according to the instructions from our doctors.
It's important to follow your treatment plan to guarantee the best results for your smile.
Our in-house aligners are popular with teens and adults in Southern California because they're removable and nearly invisible, giving you more freedom during your orthodontic treatment.
2. Make Your Custom Treatment Plan
We’ll use our iTero® digital scanning system to create fast, precise 3D digital images of your teeth.
Then, we‘ll map out a precise treatment plan, including the exact movements of your teeth and how long your treatment will be. You’ll even see how your teeth will move and preview your new smile.
3. Wear Your Clear Aligners
Your custom-made aligners from Invisalign or Clear Choice come in comfortable BPA-free plastic. The aligners are virtually invisible, so most people around SoCal won’t even notice them.
You’ll wear your clear aligners 20 to 22 hours a day for the best results and take them out only to eat, brush, and floss.
4. Check Your Progress
As you wear each set of aligners, your teeth will gently and gradually shift into place. We may recommend that you begin wearing a new set of aligners every week and schedule checkups at Dr. Lili & Associates every 6 to 12 weeks.
5. Maintain Your Smile
When you complete your clear aligner treatment at Dr. Lili & Associates, ask us about a Vivera® retainer. This custom-made device uses the same state-of-the-art technology as Invisalign clear aligners.
Clear aligners from Invisalign and our in-office brand, Clear Choice, are high-tech solutions to straighten your smile. You’ll wear a series of custom-made, clear aligners that slowly shift your teeth into place.
You’ll switch your aligners every few weeks to keep your teeth moving in the right direction. The new aligner will feel snug at first, but that just means things are going according to plan.
After you finish wearing all of your clear aligners, you’ll have a beautifully straightened smile.

Clear Aligners vs. Traditional Braces
Here are five reasons to consider Clear Choice or Invisalign aligners at Dr. Lili & Associates:
Clear aligners are barely noticeable and more attractive than metal braces.
Clear aligners are smooth and comfortable, so there are no wires to irritate your mouth.
Treatment planning with clear aligners is entirely digital so that we can map out every step of your treatment.
Clear aligners are completely removable, so you can eat, drink, brush, and floss without interruptions.
Clear aligners, on average, take less time to straighten your teeth than traditional treatments.
